Last Day - Lunch at Crystal Palace & Art of Animation

For our last day, we kept things low key.  We wanted to visit Magic Kingdom one more time and enjoy lunch at the character meal at Crystal Palace.  The buffet was great!  We really enjoyed meeting all these sweet characters.  Even the boys didn't mind hopping in some of the pics.

During lunch, we told the boys we could go to any park they wanted to ride their very favorite ride.  They both decided they wanted to ride the Rockin' Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios, so off we went.  I would say we all enjoyed it!

We really enjoyed our resort, Art of Animation. We stayed in a Cars suite and felt as if we were coming back to Radiator Springs each night.   I wasn't sure how I would like having characters around every corner, but in the end it turned out to be a great place to stay.  We LOVED having a suite (and 2 bathrooms!) and will definitely be doing that again!

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party

One of the highlights of our trip was attending the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.  We had a blast meeting even more princesses, trick-or-treating, riding rides, and watching the awesome parade.   These guys got to wear their Halloween costumes and were having fun being goofy on the bus ride over to the park.

We made a bee-line to Princess Fairytale Hall to get in line to meet Elsa and Anna.  In the months leading up to our trip, the only thing Allie talked about was meeting these two favorite princesses, so by-golly, we were going to stand in line to meet them!  We had checked out the wait time earlier in the week and it seemed to average about 2 - 2 1/2 hours!  When we got in line, the wait time was 90 minutes; but we actually only waited about 45!  Someone was in heaven!

With that mission accomplished, we got in line to meet Rapunzel and Cinderella.  We literally walked  right in with no wait!

While our little princess was meeting her favorite princesses the boys were busy riding the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train with the rest of the family.  They loved it!  We all met back up to find a spot for the parade.  The pictures I took of the parade were terrible, so these are pictures we got from Disney.

After the parade, we did lots of trick-or-treating.  This one was ready for some candy!  We mixed in a few rides along the way and even rode Thunder Mountain Railroad multiple times, walking right on! One of my most magical memories of the night was riding Thunder Mountain with the boys while the fireworks were going off - wow, it was beautiful!

After our fun filled night, this was our bus ride back to our room.  Stick a fork in her, she is DONE!

Disney Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus in Epcot

After we wrapped up the makeover at Bippity Boppity Boutique, we hightailed it over to Epcot for the Princess Storybook Lunch at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Norway.  We met Belle as soon as we entered the dining hall.  Someone was smitten!

The boys were good sports and played along.  I loved how all the princesses we met at lunch called them each Prince Charming!

Once lunch was underway, special visitors stopped by to say hello.

At the end of the meal, the little princesses had a parade through the banquet hall.

This was a great character meal!  We got to meet 5 princesses and received 3 printed photos with Belle, which were delivered to our table while we ate.

Since this was our last day at Epcot, we made sure to visit some favorites again: Test Track, Mission Space, and Turtle Talk with Crush.

We were craving Mexican so we ate dinner at La Hacienda de San Angel. The food was yummy, and the margaritas were yummier!

Disney's Bippity Boppity Boutique

Our next day was spent at Typhoon Lagoon.  Sadly, this is the only picture I took of our adventure there.  Fun was had by all!  The boys tried and loved every single water slide and the wave pool.  Allie loved the lazy river and the kiddie play area.  After our day of fun in the sun, we had dinner at Raglan Road Irish Pub in Downtown Disney.  While the atmosphere was lively and fun, our food was okay.  The kids loved watching the Irish Dancers!

The next day was All about Allie Day.  We started our adventure at Bippity Boppity Boutique in Downtown Disney.  Here she is before heading in for her make-over.
